ELLEN
GOLDING
Ellen Golding is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in substance abuse and doctoral coursework studying neuropsychology for those who experience somatic symptoms including fibromyalgia, MS, chronic pain and insomnia. The guiding principle of her practice is to help clients develop and learn practical skills and strategies that allow them to change negative behaviors and thus live happier, more fulfilled and productive lives. Ellen is a professor in Psychology and School Psychology and has written many articles pertaining to drug abuse and borderline personality. She completed her undergraduate education earning a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development. and went on to receive a masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
Ellen has spent the past 20 years working with adults and adolescents who are struggling with a host of issues including mood disorder, depression, anxiety, self-harm, substance abuse as well as eating disorders. She works with individuals as well as families with at-risk adolescents.
